These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the website www.inkeerz.com (hereinafter “”the Website””) by Inkeerz, whose registered office is located at 15 Impasse des Epinguy, 74100 Vétraz-Monthoux, France, registered under SIREN number 838 041 341 00028.

1. Ordering Procedures

To place an order, the customer must follow these steps:

• Select the desired products and add them to the cart.
• Review the cart contents and confirm the order.
• Complete the necessary delivery information.
• Choose the payment method.
• Confirm the order.

2. Payment

Payment for orders can be made by credit card, Stripe, or Klarna. The total amount of the order is due upon confirmation.

3. Delivery

We offer worldwide delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 15 days. Delivery costs are included in the product price.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must contact us by email at info@inkeerz.com.

5. Guarantees

Products sold on the Site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, as well as the legal guarantee against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

Inkeerz cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products purchased. Inkeerz’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.
